When can I expect my order? 

Custom orders will be fulfilled in 4-6 weeks.  This does not include shipping time.  If you need a rush order, please reach out to discuss, as this will be an additional cost.  *This does not apply to orders purchased in the in-stock items section. 

What type of material is used on my sign? 

All round signs/nursery signs are made with high quality maple or birch plywood.  Painted and framed signs are made with Fir, and are sanded for a high quality finish.  

What is your return policy? 

As most of the signs are custom made to your preferences, all custom orders are non-refundable.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out so I can make it right.
